Another question, what does the "Data" portion of the key string do? What settings should I be looking to do for it?

I believe those maybe run levels or an enable disabled thing i would use 1 as the value and see what happens

after modding the reg i still get the error that the dll won't start up, I'm pretty lost at this point

Wanted to let you know, I played with the reg for a while and editted and made new entries, got it fixed dude.
